On July 4^th, the Ministry of Science and Technology convened a meeting to celebrate the 86^th anniversary for the founding of Chinese Communist Party. The participants studied the important speech made by President HU Jintao at the Party School of the CPC Central Committee on June 30^th and shared their achievements and experiences in strengthening rectitude among the leaders of different departments and agencies. They also discussed ideas and measures to promote the sound and rapid S&T development through Party building. Vice Minister LI Xueyong emphasized that all the party members should carry out the spirits of HU’s speech in the daily work with unified thoughts and firm belief.
