During the Chinese Spring Festival, the Administrative Centre for China's Agenda 21 summarized and compiled the Technical Manual for the Reconstruction and Restoration in South China after the Snow Storms. The first batch of the technical manuals covering the applied technologies and knowledge in agriculture, communication and daily life were published on the third day of the Chinese New Year to provide timely S&T guidance to disaster prevention and relief and the reconstruction and restoration in the disaster-stricken area.
