In order to fully mobilize the experts in S&T infrastructure building, the National Science and Technology Infrastructure Center organized a panel meeting on July 18th to learn expertise on management system, operating mechanism, standard making and intellectual property in the area. Experts from the infrastructure building panel as well as Tsinghua University, Beijing University, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Science and Technology for Development attended the meeting.

In line with the S&T development trend and innovation capacity building in China, the participants put forward many valuable suggestions. DG XU Jianguo summarized that the Infrastructure Center should learn the opinions, draw upon past achievements and make out feasible plans as soon as possible.
