From August 16th to 18th, the Facilities and Financial Support Department of MOST and the Actuarial/Product Development Department of PICC Property and Casualty Company sent a working group to Ningbo and Shanghai to study the microcredit guarantee insurance for local technology-based small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The group listened to reports and learned about the progress of the pilot projects on microcredit guarantee insurance.
