Vice Minister Wan Zhigang met with Mr. Keith Haviland, the global lead for delivery technology of Accenture Company on September 29th. Both sides exchanged opinions on enhancing S&T exchange and cooperation.

VM Wang briefed the guests upon the 12th Five-year Plan on National S&T Development and the cooperation between China and America. He stressed that China considers S&T progress and innovation as an important pillar to transform economic growth pattern, restructure the economy and improve people's livelihood. Enterprises will play a major role in the period when S&T innovation leads economic progress.
