On January 28, 2022, Minister of Science and Technology of China Wang Zhigang and Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation of Argentina Daniel Filmus signed a memorandum of understanding on Science Park and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Cooperation. According to the MOU, the two sides will establish cooperation mechanisms in the fields of science parks and innovation and entrepreneurship, strengthen the exchange and cooperation between science parks, push for the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, and harness the power of science, technology and innovation to promote the industrial transformation, economic prosperity and sustainable development of the two countries. The MOU is part of the efforts of both sides to mark the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Argentina.
