Vice Minister Shang met with Hiller Istvan, Minister of Education and Culture, the Republic of Hungary in MOST on November 20, 2006.

Minister Hiller Istvan said cooperation in science and technology is the important foundation of Sino-Hungary relationship and Hungary attached great importance to science cooperation between universities of the two countries and promotes bilateral exchanges among s&t personnel. Vice Minister expressed China’s commitment to furthering cooperation between universities and research institutes in China and Hungary.
