The conference conducted further mobilization and deployment for the launching of the National Key Technologies R&D Program in full scale. State Councilor CHEN Zhili attended the conference and delivered an important address. XU Guanhua, Secretary of the Party Leading Group of MOST and Minister of Science and Technology and DING Xuedong, Member of the Party Leading Group and Assistant Minister of MOF respectively delivered keynote speeches. The conference was presided over by LI Xueyong, Vice Secretary of the Party Leading Group of MOST and Vice Minister of Science and Technology.

In his keynote speech “Promote Implementation of the National Key Technologies R&D Program by Ascertaining Responsibilities and Taking a Pioneering and Innovative Approach”, Minister XU Guanhua briefly talked about the background for establishing and implementing the National Key Technologies R&D Program and the overall line of thinking, deployment and implementing status of the National Key Technologies R&D Program during the Eleventh Five Year and made arrangements for the next-step work.
