Academician HAN Qide, Vice-Chairman of the National People's Congress, Chairman of the China Association for Science and Technology and famous medical expert donated works to the Hall of Academicians' Works, National Engineering and Technology Library on 15 June 2007. LI Xueyong, Vice Minister of Science and Technology attended the donation ceremony and expressed thanks to Academician HAN Qide. After the ceremony, the Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China (ISTIC) invited Academician HAN Qide to deliver an academic report titled “Medicine and Humanism”.
