The National Conference, aimed at summarizing the experience in S&T Facilities and Financial Support and exploring ways for future development, was held in Urumchi, Xinjiang Autonomous Region on August 14. Vice Minister LIU addressed the meeting, with more than 100 representatives from MOST, affiliated institutions and local S&T departments present.
LIU briefed on the achievements in the past year and proposed new requirements for relevant staff to meet the needs of national S&T development.
