On October 15, 2007, General Panel of Key Project on Development of Key Electric and Electronic Device and Equipment supported by the National Key Technologies R&D Program convened its 1st Plenary Session in Guangxi.

At this session, the General Panel further defined the specific targets for the next step, which laid a foundation for ensuring the project implementation and management, guiding the General Panel work, fulfilling the responsibilities assigned by MOST to the Panel, and effectively promoting the working progress of the General Panel.
