The 2007 Working Conference of Northeast Collaboration Network of Scientific and Technological Training under National Spark Program was held in Changchun from August 3 to 5.
   
The delegates reached the consensus that the Spark S&T training should serve the Spark Program, and seize the opportunity of increasing policy support for agriculture, rural area and farmers, and incorporating agro-related S&T programs into Spark Program. They suggested that the priorities should be given to technology demonstration, base construction, talent development and capacity upgrading.
