Recently, the Department of Basic Research of the Ministry of Science and Technology held a meeting in Beijing to assess the feasibility of the construction plan of State Key Laboratory of Urban Water Resources and Environment.

The expert team approved the plan and recommended early implementation after modification and improvement. Meanwhile, the expert team pointed out that the Laboratory should keep its research more focused while integrating the important needs of the state so as to highlight its strengths and features.
