On October 30th, 2007, Vice Minister Shang Yong had a friendly discussion with Sri Lankan Minister Tissa of Science and Technology and his delegation.

Vice Minister Shang expressed his warm welcome to the Sri Lankan guests. Meanwhile, Vice Minister Shang exchanged ideas with Minister Tissa on enhancing S&T cooperation and renewing The Intergovernmental Agreement on S&T Cooperation between China and Sri Lanka.
