The 5th International Clean Vehicle Technology Exhibition opened in Beijing on Oct. 25, 2007, jointly hosted by MOST, the State Environmental Protection Administration and the Beijing municipal government. It aimed at realizing the Green Olympics and Green Tour and promoting energy conservation and emission reduction.

The exhibition, with a theme of “Energy Conservation, Innovation & Development” and lasted for four days, presented the innovation achievements of domestic auto enterprises, including First Automobile Works, Dongfeng, and Shanghai Automobile, etc.

With strong support by the host organizations, the exhibition has attracted the active participation of many domestic and foreign auto companies as well as close attention from all walks of life
