Recently, Department of High and New Technology Development and Industrialization of MOST organized expert panel to hold the Conference on the Feasibility Study on the Construction Plan of State Key Laboratories in Hydroelectric Power Equipment Enterprises in Harbin City in Heilongjiang Province.

The expert panel agreed that the laboratory construction plan could pass the verification of feasibility studies, and suggested that the plan be implemented as soon as possible after revision and improvement. At the same time, the experts pointed out that the laboratory should integrate existing resources to speed up the laboratory construction, and as soon as possible carry on the research work that have been identified, and further make clear short, medium and long-term development plans.
