MOST recently conducted an IT Talent Management Innovation Seminar in Kunming, Yunnan Province which was attended by 53 persons from personnel departments and policy departments in 30 provincial S&T committees.
The Seminar covered the innovative approaches and methods in IT talent management, the policy and measures to encourage talent innovation and the synergy of talent-project-base. The participants, based on their own experiences and practices, conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on how to do a better job in IT personnel management in their respective regions.
