The Report Meeting of the major projects of the 863 Program and the National Key Technologies R&D Program in the area of energy during the 11th Five-Year Plan Period was held in Beijing on December 20th, 2007.

A dozen of projects were reported on the meeting, including: The Demonstration Project on the Coal Gasification Based Polygeneration (863 Program), the MW Connected Grid Photovoltaic Power System (863 Program), the Development and Demonstration of the Large Power Wind Turbine and the Development and Demonstration of Ultra-High Voltage Power Transmission System (National Key Technologies R&D Program).

The participants proposed opinions and suggestions on the progress of the projects from various dimensions, discussed the existing problems present and gave the counter-measures to achieve the project goals.
