On 20-21 December 2007, the Department of International Cooperation held China-ROK Science and Technological Cooperation Seminar in the Sanya City of Hainan Province. Participants came from Chinese local governments, the China-ROK Joint Research Center, the ROK Embassy in China, KOICA as well as the China-ROK S&T Cooperation Centre. 

During the meeting, participants reviewed and summarized the bilateral S&T cooperation and exchange in the past 15 years, and shared their experiences in the S&T collaboration with ROK. They also raised problems and put forward concrete suggestions for the future cooperation.
