On January 25th, Vice Minister SHANG Yong of Science and Technology met with Minister Monique Gagnon-Tremblay of International Relations in Quebec. Both parties reviewed the friendly relationship in the past few years and discussed the priority of cooperation in the future.

Both parties agreed that MOST and Quebec would carry out exchange and cooperation on climate change, energy, environment, etc. Meanwhile, efforts should be made to promote cooperation so as to make contributions to the bilateral ties in science and technology.
