Tianjin Promotion Conference on Listing of Technology Enterprises was jointly organized by Tianjin Municipal Science & Technology Commission, Tianjin Financial Office and Shenyin & Wanguo Securities Co., Ltd. on Feb. 28 ~ 29, 2008, aiming to drive the development of technology enterprises by soliciting in the capital market.

During the two-day conference, persons in charge of Shenyin & Wanguo Securities Co., Ltd. , together with the experts, delivered special lectures and make typical case study on approach selection, stock-based incentives and listing regulations that high-tech enterprises would encounter when stepping into the capital market. Shenyin & Wanguo Securities Co., Ltd. also carried out face to face consultation, instruction and matchingwith venture investment institutions and enterprises.

Since 2005, Tianjin has established a technology innovation fund for small and medium-sized technology enterprises, a certification system for conversion of high-tech achievements into productivity and a technology investment and financing platform for small and medium-sized technology enterprises.
