Research was carried out on biophysical regulation technology of crop water utilization，transformation and utilization technology of strains and precipitation resource and relevant equipment in the area of modern agriculture in the National “863” Program

In the research subject there were 92 patents applied, 12 patents granted, 5 software copyright registration approved, 2 standards formulated, 3 strains identified, examined and approved, 23 new products and technologies developed, 188 research papers published, over 30 enterprises attracted to participate in the implementation of the research subject. And experiment and demonstration bases for agricultural comprehensive water-saving technology research and integration have been established, covering 736 mu of land.
