Recently, entrusted by the Department of Policy, Regulations and Reform under the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Science and Technology Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the China Law Association on Science and Technology and the Intellectual Property Service Center under the Ministry of Science and Technology jointly conducted the sci-tech legal system & intellectual property training course in Guiling, Guangxi.

Relevant experts, on invitation, interpreted the amendment background and main contents of Science and Technology Progress Law and, made analysis on the principles and notices that should be followed for implementation of science and technology management and administration according to law.

Through theoretical study and case analysis, the trainees reached consensus and enhanced their understanding on the promotion and implementation of Science and Technology Progress Law. They also clarified the ideas, emphasis and methods for conducting the intellectual property and technological innovation in the near future, and raised their awareness and ability to push forward the science and technology management and administration according to law, and to prevent and resolve the science and technology administrative disputes.
