Recently, the Department of Policy, Regulations and Reform and the Administrative Center for China’s Agenda 21 (ACCA21) under the Ministry of Science and Technology, jointly held the Seminar on Technology Innovation Methods Training Pilot Program in Heilongjiang Province.

Participants had an in-depth discussion on study of technology innovation methods, teachers’ training, and the means and methods of conducting of the training program, etc.

It was agreed that it was of great significance to carry out the technology innovation methods training and that it should earnestly prepare the plan for the pilot program and vigorously facilitate the implementation by close combining the undergoing works on innovative enterprise experiment and the science & technology management training.
