On May 17th, Vice Minister LI Xueyong and LIU Yanhua convened a minister office meeting with the expert panel on earthquake rescue and relief.

It was decided that a video conference should be held to mobilize the S&T organizations nationwide to strengthen earthquake rescue and relief through science and technology for greater contribution.
