A lecture on the Law on Scientific and Technological Progress was held at MOST on June 17, 2008. It was given by ZHANG Jianhua, Director General of Education， Science, Culture and Public Health, Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council. Titled Improving the Legal Regime in Keeping with the Demands of S&T Progress, the lecture expounded on the major policies and measures of the Law.
