The 11th DG Joint Meeting of National Agricultural Engineering and Technology Centers (NAETCs) was convened in Yinchuan, Ningxia on September 3rd-4th, 2008. The theme of the Meeting was “Realizing Sustainable Development of NAETCs”. Over 100 leaders from 42 national engineering centers and related S&T departments attended the Meeting, 15 of whom made keynote speeches on how to realize healthy self-operation and sustainable development of the national centers, and facilitate modern agriculture, new countryside and farmer income increase through translating technological results into engineering projects and products.
