On September 17th -18th of 2008, Leading Group Office of National S&T Plan for Road Safety convened the 3rd session of General Expert Panel working meeting in Beijing. At the meeting, the Panel reported on the project proposals for the Action Plan, and improved the proposal according to the instructions of leaders from MOST, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Transportation. The meeting also devised the working plan for the next step.
