The Leading Group of National S&T Plan for Road Safety convened the 4th expert meeting on October 9th in Beijing.

After four rounds of close-door deliberation in the past three months, the Expert Panel compiles a proposal for the Action Plan, which resolves key problems, e.g. overlapping of standards in departments of public security and transport, and isolation of demonstrative projects so as to guarantee implementation of the Action Plan and efficient utilization of resources.
