On November 6th -7th, MOST and CBRC studied the impact of the world financial crisis on small and medium enterprises (SME) in Chongqing so as to formulate related policies.

The team made field visits to four hi-tech enterprises including Chongqing Chaoli Hi-Tech Co. Ltd. and Jinshan Science & Technology Company. During the visit, they collected information from enterprises on technological innovation, industrialization and financing, and exchanged ideas on how to tackle the financing problem.
