Recently, Shannxi Department of Science and Technology held a meeting to launch the water-saving project under National S&T Enabling Program in Xi’an.

Participants elaborated on the background, arrangements, indicators, goals, and potential benefits of the project. Experts delivered reports on implementation schemes of ten subjects, which were approved with consensus for their designs, technology roadmaps, management and schedules. The meeting also saw provision of suggestions and requirements to improve these subjects.
