Minister WAN Gang of Science and Technology made a remark while visiting the headquarter of  110 agricultural service on February 20th.

According to WAN, the 110 hotline in Hainan province sets a good example for other regions to promote agricultural service, including S&T consultancy, material service and expansion of agricultural market. Now this practice has extended to 12 pilot provonces, well known as 12396 Hotline.
