Xiao Gang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank of China (BOC) visited Vice Minister Li Xueyong and Vice Minister Liu Yanhua at MOST on March 4, 2009. On the work meeting, the two sides discussed how to jointly strengthen financial cooperation to advance science and technology in China.

 

After consultation, MOST and BOC will enhance cooperation in helping hi-tech enterprises and their products go on the global market, developing national hi-tech industrial parks and university science parks, supporting small and medium enterprises, saving energy and reducing emissions, fostering emerging industries, and investing in start-up enterprises.
