Recently, Auto and Key Auto Parts Technology Match-Making Seminar was held in Tianjin, which was sponsored by the Key Project Office of Energy-saving and New Energy Vehicle under the 863 Program. Participants included experts from the General Expert Panel of the project and more than 100 representatives from R&D centers and manufacturers of China’s whole vehicle and key spare parts (e.g. cell and dynamo).
ZHANG Zhihong, Deputy Director-General of High and New Technology Development and Industrialization of MOST addressed the seminar. He pointed out that the development of energy-saving and new energy vehicle in China currently enjoys a favorable environment. He hoped that joint efforts will be made to contribute more to the leapfrogging progress of China’s auto-industry.
