In accordance with 2009 International Training Program approved by MOST, the closing ceremony of “Malaysia Sea-Buckthorn Industry & Its Technological Promotion Training Course”, organized by Inner Mongolia S&T and Social Development Research Institute, was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on May 22^nd, 2009.  Leaders from MOST and Inner Mongolia S&T Exchange Center attended the event. Four Malaysian trainee representatives made remarks at the ceremony, expressing gratitude to China for the precious opportunity to study sea buckthorn technology. They said the event is of great significance by enhancing their understanding about each other’s country.
