Vice Minister of MOST LIU Yanhua, as member of high-level advisory group, attended the 15th conference of the parties (COP15) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) recently in Denmark.

MOST and China Meteorological Administration jointly held a press briefing at China Information and Communication Center on December 15. VM LIU talked about how to tackle climate change by relying on science and technology and China’s scientific and technological actions on energy conservation, emissions reduction and climate change, such as the S&T program on climate change, research and progress, dissemination of green technologies, international cooperation, and public action in this field.
