National Seminar on Dialysis Products for Kidney Diseases, organized by Department of Social Development (MOST), Ministry of Public Health, and China National Center for Biotechnology Development, was held on May 25, Beijing.

The seminar was primarily aimed at knowing the research and development, industrialization and clinical need of the dialysis products.

It is estimated that the number of patients of chronic kidney diseases in China amounts to 100 million. Facilitating research and development in dialysis products is answering the call of affordable, safe and effective treatments for kidney patients in China.
