The 2nd International Seminar on Electric-Vehicle(EV) Battery and Electrical Motor Technology held from Aug. 5 to 6 in Shanghai, aims to address key technologies and promote industrial development. Representatives from MOST, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, US Department of Energy, Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Shanghai Municipal S&T Commission, Shanghai World Expo Bureau, etc. were present at the event.
Guests invited to the seminar talked about the policies, standards and regulations of EVs in their own countries. They also exchanged ideas on the prospects of EV battery, motor, super capacitor, fuel battery and other key technologies, the incentives for the development of EVs and the spread of useful experiences.
