Vice Minister of MOST CAO Jianlin met with visiting Deputy Minister of Science and Technology of Vietnam Nguyen Van Lang on Aug. 20, Beijing. Both sides exchanged ideas on the management and planning of high-tech parks, investment in science and technology, policies on research, incentives for competition, etc.

VM CAO briefed Deputy Minister Nguyen on the management policy and system building of high-tech parks in China, particularly the favorable policies in attracting talents and enterprises.

Deputy Minister Nguyen expressed his admiration for the management and development of high-tech parks in China and hoped that high-tech parks in both China and Vietnam could conduct cooperation. He also welcomed investment from Chinese enterprises in Vietnam.
