2010 Meeting on TTF (Technical Task Force), organized by the Coordination Office of TTF Rural S&T Undertakings, was held on Sep. 9, Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. MOST Vice Minister LI Xueyong and Vice Minister ZHANG Laiwu addressed the event. Participants held in-depth discussions on the new rural S&T service system in China.

The number of TTF this year has seen an increase of 92% over the previous year. Due to efforts by TTF in creating businesses in rural areas of China, people’s enthusiasm in adopting hi-tech has been greatly inspired, agricultural technology and finance have been effectively linked together, and S&T service modes are becoming increasingly diversified.
