MOST Vice Minister CAO Jianlin met with Dr. Koonin, Under Secretary for Science of the US Department of Energy on Nov. 3 of 2010 in Beijing. Both sides exchanged ideas on strengthening cooperation in the research and development of clean energy and basic sciences between China and the US.
