The 14^th Session of China-Finland Joint Committee Meeting (JCM) on Science and Technology Cooperation was held in Beijing on Nov. 23, 2010. MOST Vice Minister ZHANG Laiwu and Erkki Virtanen, Permanent Secretary and Chairman of the Finnish Ministry of Employment and the Economy attended the event. Both sides exchanged ideas on the S&T policies, summarized achievements in S&T cooperation, and discussed plans for deepening cooperation in the next phase.
