Sponsored by MOST, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), the Ministry of Finance and the State Intellectual Property Office, the Training Workshop on Intellectual Property Management for the National Science and Technology Major Projects (NSTMP)， was held in Beijing from Dec. 16 to 17，2010.

The workshop enabled trainees to learn and discuss about the general requirements and the implementation of IP management for major national S&T projects, the status quo and tasks of patent management in China, technical standards, IP disputes in international cooperation, etc.

Participants included IP managers and administrative staff from the NSTMP implementation office, the NSTMP planning group and NSTMP contractors.
