The 44th China-DPRK Joint Committee Meeting on Science and Technology was held in Beijing on Dec. 24，2010. MOST Vice Minister WANG Weizhong chaired the meeting with the presence of Choe Sang Gon, Vice Chairman of the North Korean State Science and Technology Commission.
Both sides identified new projects for cooperation and exchanges, and reached agreements on deepening cooperation in science and technology, including holding a bilateral seminar on S&T policy and administration, and strengthening S&T cooperation among local departments.
