On March 29, 2011, Vice Minister CHEN Xiaoya of Science and Technology paid a field visit to the National Institute of Biological Sciences (NIBS) in Beijing.

During her visit, VM CHEN listened to a report by Director Wang Xiaodong on NIBS’ founding, operation and administration, and had discussion with some laboratory chiefs to learn about the problems and challenges facing the Institute.
