China Science and Technology Exchange Center (CSTEC) and Japan Consulting Engineers Association (JCEA) signed a cooperation agreement in Beijing on May 12th.

According to the agreement, CSTEC will make use of the present network and the national system of attracting Japan Silver Volunteers (JSV) to help local entities to apply for paid consulting service. The cooperation focuses on attracting experts to upgrade key industries, save energy, cut emissions and promote green development.
