At the invitation of Prof. Bullinger, President of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft (FhG), Minister Wan Gang attended the FhG annual meeting and delivered a keynote speech on "opening-up, innovation and cooperation". Wan focused on the S&T strategy and concrete measures in the 12th five-year Plan on addressing global challenges, such as climate change, energy shortage, food safety and environment protection, and made proposals on promoting China-Germany collaboration.
