MOST and the Tibetan Autonomous Region People's Government held 2011 consultative meeting in Linzhi on July 26th. The two sides exchanged opinions and reached consensus on issues like promoting Tibetan sci-tech development in the agriculture and animal husbandry sectors to raise income, facilitating technology progress in feature industries to support economic development, and accelerating S&T advancement to benefit people's livelihood.
