VM Cao Meets with President of SESAME Council

Vice Minister Cao Jianlin met with Mr. Chris Llewellyn Smith, President of the Council of SESAME (Synchrotron Light for Experimental Science and Applications in the Middle East) and member of the Royal Society in Beijing on September 26th.
