The Alliance of China-Russia S&T Cooperation Bases held its 4th Meeting in Yantai of Shandong Province on October 12th, 2011. The alliance was initiated by the Department of International Cooperation of MOST. Vice Minister Cao Jianlin addressed the meeting. He said that S&T cooperation with Russia plays an important role in China's international S&T cooperation. He encouraged all the bases to make full use of the opportunity to promote win-win cooperation.
